Morgan has been investing in startups since 2014. He started his career at Bain & Company and Golden Gate Capital, a $15B private equity fund in San Francisco.

Morgan has spent the past 1- years as a growth product leader at Lyft, BETA Technologies, and Shopify.

Morgan started Minnow Ventures in 2020 to connect investors with startups in Vermont and New England.
